Here at Teen Breathe, following in the footsteps of our older sibling, Breathe, we believe that wellbeing and mindfulness are the foundation of a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life. And we're putting you at the center. From social media to sports and making friends to flowers, we've got tips, exercises and ideas to help you discover how to pay attention to everything you do, be curious, and stay optimistic. You can bring out the best in you - someone who is comfortable and proud of their own skin, open to their ideas and following their dreams. And when do we not do it? Teen Breathe will be in indulgence - big time.
